Cat Alley leaves you trapped in an endless alley way. Duck, dodge, and jump over obstacles as you make your way down the alley. Make sure to feed all the cats you meet on the way! They don’t take too kindly to those who skip on the toll.

My Contributions

The game was originally a project for a class that I was working on with 2 other classmates. I proposed the initial concept of an endless runner combined with a first person shooter. I helped write the code for the first prototype. My code was focused on stringing the alley sections continuously, along with determining which alley section would be used next and resetting them after they passed the player. After we submitted the 1st prototype, one of my other group members, Adrian, and I decided to keep developing the game further. We fleshed out the game mechanics, and Adrian cleaned up the code and made it more efficient, and we brought on a few artists. At this point, I continued working on the UX design, where I handled mostly the UI layout and difficulty scaling.
